MEDIA NOTICE

This notice applies to all events, livestreams, performances, creative sessions, and public recordings associated with Sir. Loin, Ricochet, Big Bad & Heavy, Cosmic Currents, and any venue hosting these activities.

Filming & Photography

Please be aware that filming and photography are an integral part of all Sir. Loin–affiliated events and livestream sessions.

These recordings may include:

  • Event footage

  • Behind-the-scenes content

  • Crowd shots

  • Ambient venue documentation

  • Live DJ performance streams

  • Guest interactions

Cameras may be visible or discreet depending on the setup.

By Entering the Event or Space

Attendees acknowledge and agree that:

  • Their image, voice, and likeness may be captured

  • Recordings may be used for promotional, artistic, editorial, or broadcast purposes

  • Content may appear on social platforms, websites, livestreams, or media channels

  • There is no expectation of compensation

  • There is no limitation on how long the content may remain online

Attendance at the event or presence within the recording space constitutes consent to this use.

Livestream Sessions

Some recordings may be streamed live.

This means:

  • Footage is broadcast in real time

  • Audience members may appear in the background

  • Clips from the livestream may be reused for future promotional material

Where possible, signage will be placed at entrances or communicated via digital announcements.

Requesting Removal of Personal Footage

If an attendee appears prominently in published media and wishes to request removal, they may contact:

Please include:

  • Event name

  • Date

  • A screenshot or link to the content in question

Reasonable steps will be taken to address requests where practical and where they do not compromise artistic or documentary intent.

Venue & Partner Collaboration

Venues working with Sir. Loin or Ricochet may also document events.

In such cases:

  • Venue policies work alongside this notice

  • Joint content may be co-shared

  • Both parties may use the media for brand or event promotion

If a venue has its own media terms, those may apply as well.

Minors

All Sir. Loin–affiliated events are strictly 18+ unless stated otherwise.

No minors will be knowingly recorded or included in promotional materials.

This Media Notice may be updated from time to time.

The latest version will always be available on this website.
