I’ll be joining Evan Rhodes this Saturday at Shelter for a night built around movement, groove, and proper dancefloor energy.
With over two decades behind the decks, Evan brings a deep-rooted Detroit sensibility, sharp selections, fluid transitions, and an instinct for reading a room. This is one for the dancers.
He’s curated a lineup of local DJs to carry the energy from start to finish, and I’ll be stepping in alongside them for a set that leans into bass, groove, and late-night momentum.
Expect a journey, not just a playlist.
Come early, stay late.
COSMIC CURRENTS
Cosmic Currents was born in Diani, a celebration of rhythm, movement, and atmosphere, where house music meets warm air, textured sound, and a strong sense of place.
On Thursday, 30 April, that energy lands in Nairobi for a special city edition at The Alchemist.
Expect a fluid, open-format journey through House Music and beyond from Afro-electronic and Afro-sensual sounds to deeper, groove-led selections, with coastal and global influences woven throughout the night.

Originally launched in 2024 as a DJ livestream series, RICOCHET has evolved into something more intimate, more intentional, and with purpose: A recorded DJ session shared in real space with real people.
This first edition of 2026 brings its host and founder, Sir. Loin and K1 together at the Shifteye Studios for a bomb ass evening of music & End Month Vibes.
No livestreams, No distractions.
The session will be professionally recorded between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM, with guests present throughout. By attending, you acknowledge that filming and photography will take place.
This is a strictly RSVP-only event with limited capacity.

I’ll be playing alongside a HIT LIST of DJ’s at Olepolos for their annual Drinkcember Christmas party on Monday, 23rd December.
Music kicks off from midday and runs till late, with good people, bomb AF DJs, cold drinks, and plenty of nyama choma flowing throughout the day. It’s a free-entry event, so come through early, settle in, and let the afternoon stretch naturally into the night.
