From rattling bass bins in the underground music scene beneath the streets of Bristol to inducing lemon face body shakes in the clubs of Nairobi, Zachary Saitoti, better known by his entertainment alias DJ "Sir. Loin" aka "Sounds Of The Shifteye" has had a lively, provocative and thrilling career as an Open Format Night Club and Festival DJ for over 20 years.

Sir. Loin entered the electronic music scene in the early 2000s, buying his first belt drive turntables after being introduced to the Bristol rave scene. This was when his love for all things gritty and skanking Drum and Bass rooted and flourished. He rocked the Bristol underground music scene, playing at underground raves, house parties and big commercial nightclubs across the city.

As a DJ, the sound of Sir. Loin is Afro, Afro-Tech, Bassline, Classic and Deep House, Liquid, Jump Up and Ragga Drum and Bass, Afro Beats, Grime & Drill.

Upon returning to the bumping streets of Nairobi in 2010, Sir. Loin teamed up with Dj Sesi and Dj Panik to form the DJ Crew, known as Noise On Demand. The trio carved their way through the burgeoning Nairobi nightlife, smashing sets at rooftop parties, hammering basslines in the bundus, rubbing shoulders with industry giants and eventually taking the Nairobi DJ Live Stream scene by storm.

In recent years, Sir. Loin evolved his craft into Music Production, finding his sound within LoFi Hip Hop, LoFi House and Bass Music.
